Order Processing
All Packd Travel products are custom-made to order. Once your order is placed, please allow 3–7 business days for production before your order is shipped. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Times
We currently ship to the United States only.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
- Total estimated time from order to delivery: 8–17 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier delays, weather, or customs processing outside our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Packd Travel is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost in transit, contact us at fadelwdaher@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will open an investigation with the carrier.
